Individual Therapy
Sometimes we need someone to really listen. In individual sessions, we‘ll take time to understand what's on your mind and what matters most to you. Together, will set meaningful goals and work step by step toward feeling more balanced, supported, and confident.
Growing up can feel overwhelming at times. Whether it's stress from school, friendships, or figuring out who you are, this is a space to talk openly without judgment. We'll set goals together, practice healthy coping skills, and find ways to feel more grounded and understood.
Adolescent and Young Adult
Couples
Every relationship has challenges, but you don't have to face them alone. During our couples sessions, we’ll set goals together to improve communication, build space for listening and understanding, fostering a deeper connection, while cultivating lasting intimacy.
